I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long perfectly manicured fingernails. I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp. I want to be there with grass stains on my shoes from mowing Sister Schenck's lawn. I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbor's children. I want to be there with a little dirl under my fingernails from helping to weed someone's garden. I want to be there with children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and tears of a friend on my shoulder. I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived."

I Am So Proud Of My Honey!!

Anthony just found out, today, that he passed his writing exam! Everyone entering the education program has to take it to start their education classes and 70% of those that take it fail. We are so excited!! Now we can start the education classes and be on our way.

I am so thankful for all of you that have prayed for us and kept us in your thoughts. I know that the Lord does really want us to succeed. I know that we were meant to be up here in Logan doing what we're doing. It has blessed our lives so much. We have become our own little family and I don't know if that would have really happened in St. George. I really believe that every family, starting out, should have the experience of living away from their loved ones, as hard as it my be. We have really learned to rely on each other and the Lord.

Honey, I want to thank you for all that you do for us. You are truly the rock of our family. I love you so much and am so proud of you!
