I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long perfectly manicured fingernails. I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp. I want to be there with grass stains on my shoes from mowing Sister Schenck's lawn. I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbor's children. I want to be there with a little dirl under my fingernails from helping to weed someone's garden. I want to be there with children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and tears of a friend on my shoulder. I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived."

January 2015

Anthony is moving along on my vanity. He got a counter top put in and I am SO happy to have a place to do my hair and makeup!

One day Aiden went with Anthony to the store... and they came home with this!! A knife for Aiden!! UH..... Are you kidding me?! That thing is as big as he is! Haha!

Anthony went up to Salt Lake for Addilyn's baby blessing. They left really early in the morning and surprised Ian and Melynne. I had to take the kids to church and I thought it was going to be crazy without him, but with all the cool stuff they got for Christmas, they were all pretty great! Aiden is growing up to fast! Can someone make him stop?

This kid really cracks me up! He is so much fun to hang out with.

Alyssa's play dough creation. Her creative mind amazes me.

Aiden sure loves his cousin Ryan...

and his cousin Kiki!

One night Anthony and I heard something in our room. This is what we found. He said he wanted to sleep by Mom.

Aiden wanted me to take a picture of him. :) He sure melts me heart.

Selfies in the car with the kids.

Shooting the rifle on a windy day.
We sure live in a beautiful area.

Aiden loves helping his Dad. They are the best pals and it makes my heart happy.
